BTBaazi Terms & Conditions — Know the Terms Before Using the Platform

btbaazi btbaazi is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By registering and using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that online betting is not legally prohibited in your area.

Btbaazi reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with btbaazi, you must meet the following requirements:

• In cases of money laundering or suspicious transactions, btbaazi reserves the right to freeze funds and conduct an investigation.

Once a bet is confirmed on btbaazi, no changes can be made. Please carefully review your odds and selections before placing any bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, if a match is cancelled, btbaazi will automatically void the bet and refund the amount.
• Bet outcomes will be determined only after the official result of the match or event has been announced.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, btbaazi reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Btbaazi is not liable for missed bets during live betting due to internet or connection issues.
• In accumulator bets (multiple selections combined), the entire bet is lost if any one selection is incorrect.

Btbaazi may cap maximum winnings in certain markets. These limits will be stated on the relevant market page.

Btbaazi's bonus and promotion offers are available under specific terms. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the promotions page.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once — one person, one device, one IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the required wagering amount has been completed.

• Using multiple bonuses simultaneously is generally not permitted unless explicitly allowed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the btbaazi platform:

• Opening multiple accounts or operating an account using someone else's identity.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to circumvent bonus terms.
• Any form of fraud, cheating, or money laundering.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing them access.
• Attempting unauthorized access to btbaazi's systems or servers.
• Collecting or misusing other users' personal information.

Btbaazi may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or suspicion of a terms and conditions violation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Detection of suspicious activity on the account.
• For account closures requested by the user — btbaazi will return any valid balance within 3–5 business days.

Btbaazi accepts no responsibility in the following situations:

• Missed betting opportunities due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• If services are disrupted due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions).
• When a technical issue arises with a game or system from a third-party provider.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.

Betting and gaming carry financial risk. Winnings are never guaranteed. Only bet what you can afford to lose.
